Toothless!
The Real "Shock and Awe"

I had my front tooth knocked out back in '02, and no thanks to Alice, she took the only photo that exists of me without my tooth.

For this and many other "shocking" photos, feel free to visit my online photo album.

Yu Giv & Tayk Aweigh

Today was the Presence and Product P’s. The sessions went very smoothly, even though I was again completely exhausted at the end of the day, and even though we sang “Blessed Be the Name of the Lord”… again… for the fourth time… in 36 hours… =)

It was really cool to spend a good amount of time this morning praying specifically for marketplace miracles for my client. We felt that God was leading us to pray for four specific items, and I have a feeling of excitement and anticipation to seeing what God’s going to be doing with all the clients here.

Tomorrow, we’re actually going to do a client-site visit… it’ll be interesting to see and meet my client’s employees and partners.

In addition to the day’s ministry activities, our group got into two debates, one that got pretty heated, and another that we pretty light hearted. (1) There are stars and constellations in the southern hemisphere that cannot be seen at all (at any time of year) in the northern hemisphere, and vice versa. (2) The human body was made to have, on average, 8-9 hours of sleep. I’ll let you go ahead and guess (a) which side I sided on in both arguments and (b) which debate was more heated.

And during dinner tonight, I sat and played with the Campbell kids, which included playing “Ghost” (a spelling and vocab game) with the Lauren, the 12 year-old. Sad to say that I almost lost to a 6th grader (final score was g-h-o-s to g-h-o-s-t).

And speaking of spelling, during the consultation sessions one of the clients said that “Bad spellers make good lovers.” Um… ok… no comment.

Yeah, now back to more “Christian” stuff... =)

Praises: I can really see God starting to work here: The days, client consultation sessions, etc. seem to go really smooth – which is clearly a testament to God.

Requests: The God come through on the marketplace miracles we are all praying for!
